Why start early

Good puppies are made, not born

Puppies learn fastest between 8 and 16 weeks, and everything they practice becomes habit. Training inside your own home means your puppy learns where life actually happens — the front door, the kitchen, the elevator, the sidewalk outside.

We coach the whole family with short, playful sessions and simple homework, so everyone handles your puppy the same calm way.

  • House training and crate routines that prevent accidents
  • Biting, chewing, and jumping redirected the kind way
  • Socialization plan for sounds, sights, dogs, and people
  • First cues: name, sit, down, stay, come, and leash walking

Puppy training FAQs

What age should we start?

As soon as your puppy settles in — usually around 8 weeks. Early weeks are the golden window for house training, crate comfort, and gentle socialization.

Do you train in apartments?

Yes — most of our New York clients live in apartments. We design potty routes, elevator manners, and quiet-time routines around apartment life.

How do you handle biting and chewing?

With redirection, rest, and reward — never punishment. We teach your puppy what to chew, how to take treats gently, and when to settle.

Can the kids join sessions?

Absolutely. We show children safe, fun ways to play and train so the puppy learns to be gentle with the whole family.

How many sessions will we need?

Most puppies thrive with 4 to 6 weekly sessions plus daily 5-minute homework. We will recommend a plan after your free consultation.
